2 Deadlifts (Climbing)
Pick a partner that is near your skill level. You will complete the 25 toes to bar alternatingas needed. Both athletes will then do 50 double unders at the with a moderate weight and build to something heavy over the 7 sets. Score is final weight on the deadlift
