What is CrossFit?

The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness.


Who is CrossFit for?

CrossFit is for Everyone! The beauty of CrossFit is that everything we do is scalable, and modifiable to meet the needs of the individual. Our community includes soccer moms, business men, college students, young athletes, and grandparents. Some join because they have intense athletic goals, others so they look a little more trim in their swimsuits, and others for health benefits. Whatever your individual goals are, and your ability level, not only will CrossFit work, but it will work well!

What is a WOD?

A WOD, is CrossFit lingo for Workout Of the Day. Every day is a little different in CrossFit and rarely do you do the same workout twice. Each workout is thoughtfully programmed to build upon previous workouts, and to help members constantly improve. The variety of workouts prevents things from ever feeling old, or boring, and will continually challenge everyone to try something new, and reach new goals.

What is an Open class Schedule?

We understand that schedules can and will frequently change. As an effort to be most accommodating, CrossFit Pandemic offers an Open Class Schedule where members are welcomed into the box whenever a coach is in the building. Members are invited to come to any of the classes offered, with no notice. Simply, walk in the door and we will take care of you. During the 4:30 and 5:30 Crossfit classes all gym space and equipment is reserved for people partaking in the class, "Open Gym" is before and after these times.
